Users agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services. Commercial resale of Kancady Studio services without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, including visual designs, code libraries, and conceptual frameworks created by Kancady Studio, remains our exclusive property unless otherwise agreed in a separate licensing contract. User-generated content grants Kancady Studio a non-exclusive license for display and operational purposes.
4. Service Limitations
Kancady Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies. We may also temporarily disable services for maintenance without prior notice. In such cases, we will attempt to provide reasonable notice through our notification systems.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless cancelled by the user through their account dashboard.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase, subject to usage limitations. Any promotional offers, including the Christmas subscription deal, are subject to specific terms outlined in the promotional materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kancady Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
